How Does PayPal Work On KoopoOnline?
Currently, Koopo Online does not allow customers to checkout using PayPal when purchasing products. However, Koopo Online submits payouts to our Affiliates using PayPal. In order for our affiliates to receive their referral commissions, they must have a PayPal account. For more information about our affiliate program click here.

As a PayPal member, you are able to:
- Transfer money from your bank account to your PayPal account
- Get a cash advance from your credit card and deposit the amount in your PayPal account
- Transfer money from your own PayPal account to another member’s PayPal account
- Transfer money from your PayPal account to your checking or savings account
- Have a check mailed to you for the balance of your PayPal account
- Get a PayPal debit card that you can use to make real-world purchases from your PayPal account

How Does PayPal Transfer Funds To Me?
Payments you accept with PayPal are transferred to your bank account on a rolling basis. Funds are available to withdraw 2-7 days after receipt, depending on your region. You can set the frequency of these transfers in the Transfers tab of your PayPal dashboard. From there, you can also view all transfers from PayPal to your bank account.
How Do Refunds Work?
If you refund an order, the PayPal fees paid to accept the payment will be refunded in your account except $.30 per PayPal’s policy. Any other fees that may be assessed are otherwise stated in PayPal’s policies. Please review PayPal policies to ensure a thorough understanding of how this process works. To ensure KoopoOnline commission is correctly cancelled, please ensure you refund the item or item plus shipping through your PayPal account. Your customer sees the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
