Selecting A Shipping Option For Your Store/Products

Sellers have complete control over their shipping. Koopo Online recommends the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Flat Rate (5 to 10 business days) 
  2. Expedited Flat Rate (2 to 5 business days) 
  3. Local Pickup (For non-brick and mortar Pick-Up, please remember to exercise caution and choose a safe location for this option, i.e., police stations and other community approved sites).
  4. Free Shipping.

For each shipping option the seller sets the prices in store settings.

Sellers are solely responsible for shipping their products to customers.  Koopo Online does not provide any shipping services at this time.

Koopo Online does not guarantee the timely delivery of any products based on stated estimated shipping time.  The times stated for shipping is an estimation and not a guarantee.

Seller Shipping Tips:

  • Provide a maximum allowable time for delivery.
  • Provide tracking number to customers.
  • Notify customer when there is a change in estimated delivery date.
  • Ship your products no later than the next business day after order is received whenever possible.
  • When offering local pickup please be sure that products purchased will be available for pickup within 24 hours (notify customers as soon as products are ready for pickup).

Customer Shipping Tips:

  • Please make sure to provide an accurate address to make sure products reach you.
  • Please keep in mind that shipping estimates are estimates and are not guarantees.  If products fail to arrive by the stated estimated delivery date, please contact the seller directly to inquire as to the status (allow at least 5 days past the delivery date prior to contacting seller).
  • When selecting local pickup be sure that you are picking up packages from actual storefronts and/or proper venues.
  • Please allow at least 24hours prior to picking up unless seller notifies you that your product is ready for pickup.
  • Please note that if there are 2 products in the shopping cart and one is available for local pickup but the other product is not the option for local pickup will be disabled.

International/Global Shipping

Our sellers can choose what countries, states, and regions their products will be available in.  This is an exciting feature because it allows our businesses to connect with customers in markets that were once out of reach.  Doing business internationally has been known to increase sales by 15%.

When shipping products to other countries, please be sure that you are familiar with the international customs, duty and shipping restrictions.  Your existing shipment provider can provide assistance.  Choose a reliable third-party service.

When shipping to other countries sellers must be mindful that some products are prohibited from being imported.  It is the seller’s responsibility to know what is and is not prohibited.  Koopo Online  will not be responsible for any fees, fines, or loss of products, profits and/or materials.
