Koopo Online may contact individual shop owners confidentially to request more information about their shops or items listed through the Services, or to ensure compliance with our rules and applicable law. In order to use certain products or services on Koopo Online, you may be required to complete an application; information that you submit through the application processes will not be displayed publicly and will only be used internally by Koopo Online, unless otherwise specified.

Email Addresses: Several locations on the Site allow you to enter your email address for purposes including but not limited to: registering for free promotional notices, requesting notification when new brands or product styles arrive, or signing up for email newsletters. In addition, any participation in promotional contests organized by KoopoOnline.com is completely voluntary and requires disclosure of contact information needed to notify winners and award prizes. We may post the names and cities of contest winners on our Site.

Phone Number: Several locations on the Site allow you to enter your phone number for purposes including but not limited to: SMS verification, registering for free promotional notices, requesting notification when new brands or product styles arrive, or signing up for our SMS newsletter.

Log Files: Like most websites, the Site server automatically recognizes the Internet URL from which you access this Site. We may also log your Internet protocol (IP) address, Internet service provider, and date/time stamp for system administration, order verification, internal marketing and system troubleshooting purposes. Product Reviews:
 We ask for an email address and location along with the submission of all product reviews. Your email address will be kept private, but your location will be visible to other users. All other personal information that you choose to submit as part of the review will be available to other visitors to the Site.

Social Login/Registration (Facebook/Google) :  We collect your public profile data only from your consent that you grant before initiating Social Media Login, from the social network used to login at our website. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, link to your social media profile, unique identifier, social profile avatar. This data is used to create your user profile at our website. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending us an email.

Social Reviews/Comments (Facebook/Google): We embed Facebook and Google Comments allow users to leave comments on our website using Facebook and Google accounts. From this interaction Google automatically collects and store certain information in server logs like IP address, device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of user request.  Additionallythis feature may collect user IP addresses,  web browser User Agent, store and retrieve cookies on browsers, embed additional tracking, and monitor  interactions with the commenting interface, including correlating  Facebook and Google accounts with whatever actions taken within the interface (such as “liking” someone’s comment, replying to other comments), if users are logged into Facebook and/or Google. We will only share your geo-location details with third parties (like our mapping, payments, or, to the extent applicable, advertising providers) in order to provide you with the Services. You may also choose to enable the Apps to access your mobile device’s camera to upload photographs to Koopo Online.

Any information these third parties collect via cookies and web beacons is not linked to any personal information we collect.

Communication with You: We will use your personal information to communicate with you about our Site and your orders. All customers must provide an email address to allow communication with KoopoOnline.com regarding orders placed. We sell products, subscriptions and services, not information — We do not sell, rent, trade, license, or otherwise disclose your personal or financial information to anyone, except in the following specific situations:

Third-party service providers: Like most online retailers, we sometimes use third-party service providers to perform specific functions on our behalf. Any information disclosed to them is solely to help in their provision of service. For example, we provide your name, shipping address, email and phone number to partners such as USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS, in order to guarantee delivery of your orders, and we may use relevant customer information in order to monitor the quality of the third party’s service.

Sellers and/businesses on Koopo Online have access to certain personal data of customers who shop with them.  More specifically, address information for shipping purposes and records of purchase orders.

Both Koopo Online and sellers process customers’ personal information (for example, buyer name, email address, and shipping address) and are therefore considered separate and independent data controllers of buyers’ personal information under EU law. That means that each party is responsible for the personal information it processes in providing the Services. For example, if a seller accidentally discloses a buyer’s name and email address when fulfilling another buyer’s order, the seller, not Koopo Online, will be responsible for that unauthorized disclosure.

If, however, Koopo Online and sellers are found to be joint data controllers of buyers’ personal information, and if Koopo Online  is sued, fined, or otherwise incurs expenses because of something that you did as a joint data controller of customer personal information, you agree to indemnify Koopo Online for the expenses it occurs in connection with your processing of buyer personal information. Additionally, Koopo Online may use affiliate links (products or ads that redirect customers to another site). These affiliate links which may provide these third-party’s

Social Media Sharing:   We use widgets for social media sharing through Facebook, GooglePlus, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkeIn, and other available sharing apps.  These sharing widgets allow users to share, like and comment using these social media platforms.  As our website makes requests to these third-party application servers, these requests make your IP address visible to these third-party applications who may use it in accordance with their privacy policies (GoogleFacebookLinkedInPinterestTwitter)

Legal requirement to disclose information: We may be required to disclose information if subpoenaed, served with a court order or requested by law-enforcement officials conducting investigations, or if we are otherwise required by law to disclose such information. We will also release personal information when necessary to protect our legal rights or enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements. For example, we may share information to reduce the risk of fraud, or to prevent fraud by users who attempt fraud or other illegal activity on our Site.

Merger and/or sale of assets: We do not normally sell, trade or rent personal information
to other companies in the course of our business. Are children allowed to use Koopo Online?

How does Koopo Online use and disclose information collected from me offline?

As KoopoOnline.com collects most information through our Site, this Privacy Policy applies only to online collection of personal information.

We also protect all personal information that is collected from you offline, such as through phone calls. If we contact you by telephone regarding an order or payment, we will ask only for the personal information needed to place your order or resolve your issue. When we need to store information related to an order, we enter it into our database through SSL encryption (See the Data Security section above for more information).

How long will Koopo Online keep my data?
