System Manager, Lab Customer Service

Corewell Health is seeking a System Manager to lead laboratory customer service operations at Royal Oak Hospital. You’ll oversee daily workflows, handle client inquiries and complaint resolution, and supervise staff across customer service, imaging/storeroom, and specimen processing teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and several years of supervisory experience, preferably in a laboratory or clinical setting. Full-time, on-site weekday schedule.
