This Privacy Policy explains how Koopo Online (“Koopo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services.

Koopo Online is operated by A&A Management LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. The intellectual property and brand of Koopo Online are owned by A&A Markets LLC and licensed exclusively to A&A Management LLC. For privacy and data protection purposes, A&A Management LLC is the data controller and operator of the Platform.

By using Koopo Online, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you interact with the Platform:

All payments are processed by Stripe Express. We do not store your full credit card, debit card, or bank account details. Stripe’s collection and use of your payment data are governed by their Privacy Policy.

d. User-Generated Content:

When you post, upload, or share content (including photos, videos, comments, messages), this content may be visible to other users of the Platform depending on your settings. Please do not share sensitive personal information you do not wish to be public.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

• • With Sellers/Buyers: Limited information necessary to complete transactions (e.g., shipping info).

• • With Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, email communication, fraud prevention, etc.

• • For Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or court order.

• • In a Business Transfer: If Koopo Online is sold, merged, or transferred, your data may be included in the assets transferred.

• • Public Content: Content you post publicly may be accessible to other users and may be reshared, linked, or indexed by search engines. Koopo cannot control how other users use your publicly shared content.

5. Data Retention

Koopo Online retains personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

The length of time we retain data depends on the type of information:

Account Information
We retain account profile data (such as name, email address, profile photo, login credentials, and connected social media identifiers) for as long as your account remains active. If your account is inactive, we may retain basic account information for administrative, security, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes.

Social Login Data (Including Facebook Login)
If you register or log in using Facebook or another social provider, we may receive limited profile information such as your name, email address, profile image, and a unique social media identifier.
This information is used solely for authentication and account linking. We retain this information while your account remains linked. You may unlink your social account at any time through your profile settings.

User-Generated Content
Content you create on the platform (such as posts, messages, reviews, listings, bookings, event activity, and marketplace activity) may remain visible to other users until you delete it or your account is removed. Certain content may be retained in backups or logs for a limited period for security, auditing, or platform integrity purposes.

Transaction and Financial Data
Purchase records, invoices, subscription records, and related transactional data are retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, typically for the period required under applicable law.

Technical and Analytics Data

Logs, usage data, and security records may be retained for a limited period necessary to maintain system reliability, prevent abuse, and improve platform performance..

7. Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data.

Koopo provides multiple ways to manage and delete your information:

Account Deletion
Users may delete their account at any time through account settings within the platform. Deleting your account will remove your profile and personal information from public view. Certain data may be retained where required for legal, security, dispute resolution, or financial record-keeping purposes.

Unlinking Social Accounts
If you connected your account using Facebook or another social provider, you may unlink that connection at any time within your profile settings. Once unlinked, we will no longer receive new data from that provider.

Facebook Data Deletion Requests
If you use Facebook Login, you may request deletion of your data by:

• deleting your Koopo account, or

• contacting us directly using the contact information below

We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable laws.

Backups and Residual Data
Deleted information may remain in backups or archived systems for a limited period before permanent removal. These backups are secured and used only for disaster recovery, security, and compliance purposes.

15. User Conduct & Prohibited Content

Users agree not to post, upload, or share content that:

• • Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory;

• • Contains hate speech, nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence;

• • Infringes intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, etc.);

• • Spreads false or misleading information;

• • Promotes illegal activities, scams, or fraud;

• • Violates privacy or publicity rights of others.

Koopo reserves the right (but not obligation) to monitor, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

16. User-Generated Content (UGC) License

By posting content on Koopo Online, you grant A&A Management LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, store, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

• • Koopo does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user content.

17. Reporting & DMCA Compliance

• • Koopo will respond to valid takedown requests in compliance with U.S. copyright law.

• • Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may have their accounts terminated.

18. Community Moderation

Koopo may, at its sole discretion:

• • Suspend or terminate user accounts for misconduct;

• • Cooperate with law enforcement regarding illegal activities.

Koopo is not obligated to monitor all activity, but reserves the right to do so.

YouTube API Services

Koopo Live uses YouTube API Services when a creator chooses “Restream from YouTube.” Use of this feature is optional and requires the creator to connect a Google account through Google’s OAuth consent process. Koopo requests the read-only youtube.readonly permission. Koopo does not request permission to upload, edit, delete, or otherwise modify YouTube videos, broadcasts, playlists, comments, or channel settings.

With the creator’s authorization, Koopo accesses the connected YouTube channel’s identifier and display name and reads information about live broadcasts owned by that channel. The broadcast information may include the YouTube video or broadcast identifier, title, privacy status, embeddability, scheduled start time, actual start and end times, and current lifecycle status. Koopo uses this information only to verify channel ownership, show the creator their eligible active or upcoming broadcasts, embed the selected broadcast through the official YouTube player, and synchronize the Koopo viewer page with the broadcast’s live or ended status. YouTube continues to host and deliver the video. Koopo chat, reactions, and Koopo viewer counts are separate Koopo features and are not YouTube data.

Koopo stores the creator’s OAuth access and refresh tokens in encrypted server-side storage. Tokens are never displayed to other users. Koopo also stores the connected channel identifier and name and, for a selected Koopo Live session, the YouTube video identifier and limited broadcast metadata needed to operate and document that session. Koopo does not sell YouTube API data, use it for targeted advertising, create derived YouTube metrics, or disclose the creator’s authorized YouTube data to other users. Koopo may use infrastructure and security service providers to operate the Platform under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Koopo refreshes or deletes stored YouTube API data within 30 calendar days where required by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. A creator may revoke Koopo’s access at any time by selecting “Disconnect” in Koopo Live. Koopo then programmatically revokes the OAuth token and deletes the stored token and connected-channel data as soon as possible and no later than seven calendar days. Disconnecting Koopo does not delete or modify anything stored by YouTube. To delete YouTube content, the creator must use YouTube or another authorized client that supports deletion.

Creators may also revoke Koopo’s access through Google’s third-party connections settings. If Koopo detects that authorization has been revoked or can no longer be refreshed, Koopo will delete the related authorized YouTube data as soon as possible and within the period required by YouTube’s policies. Requests concerning Koopo’s YouTube data practices or deletion of stored Koopo data may be sent to support@koopoonline.com.

Koopo’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Use of YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy.

The embedded YouTube player may collect and share data with YouTube to render video information, determine playability and restrictions, prevent fraud and abuse, and operate playback. Koopo does not enable autoplay for Restream from YouTube. YouTube’s collection and use of player data are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
