Suites Cook 3, Little Caesars Arena

Lead the kitchen crew serving the premium suites at Little Caesars Arena in downtown Detroit. You’ll review orders to set food quantities, enforce portion and quality standards, keep temperatures and storage on spec, and partner with management on menu planning. The role requires at least two years of back-of-house foodservice experience plus strong sautéing, grilling, and meat fabrication skills. Expect 10-hour shifts across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays whenever the arena is live; pay starts at $18.25/hour with weekly pay.
