Customer Service Representative

U-Haul’s Redford center is hiring part-time customer service reps to help customers inside and out — rentals, returns, invoices, plus hands-on tasks like hooking up trailers and filling propane. You’ll use the U-Scan smartphone system for rentals and inventory, and the company trains and certifies you on hitches, propane, and forklifts through U-Haul University. Requirements are a valid driver’s license with a good record, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to move equipment over 50 lbs indoors and outdoors. The role comes with a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 cash bonus after completing the 1-2-3 Punch Certification program.
