Located in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, Khom Fai is the creation of brothers Chef Isaiah Sonjeow and Chris Sonjeow. The idea was to carry on the traditions, recipes and legacy of their father Yongyuth Sonjeow, who has been in the Thai food business for over 35 years. Isaiah and Chris both grew up in the kitchens of Thai restaurants all over Metro Detroit and in 2010, they decided it was finally time to create something unique.
